'A daydream' Lee Jung Woong solo painting exhibition, Artspace Hue, Hongdae, Seoul til Mar 27
LEE JUNG WOONG’s first solo exhibition, ‘a daydream’ will be held at Artspace Hue until 27th of March. This show presents a wide spectrum of the artist's phases of past experiences which have greatly impacted in all elements of life like ‘love’, ‘memory’, ‘a sense of alienation’, and ‘solitude’. These themes are re-organized in painting by Lee and will be shown in this exhibition. His paintings are more close to a daydream which tells about the agonies and growth during life’s journey and the
artist’s inner message is more closely revealed through an abstract composition and visual shapes on the painting's surface.
