Line-up: Omar Sosa and Incognito will open on May 14, The Swell Season (from the musical film "Once") on May 15, 16 and many more musicians to participate in the festival . Seoul Jazz Festival opens on May 14, 2009
2009 Seoul Jazz Festival that has emerged as one of representative music festivals in Korea will be held in Sejong Center for 4 days from May 14.
Seoul Jazz Festival was inaugurated in 2007 with performances presented by world-renowned artists including the greatest fusion jazz artist Pat Metheny, Joe Sample and Randy Crawford differentiating itself from other music festivals. The 2ndSeoul Jazz Festival invited many idiomatic musicians including Crusaders, Incognito, Chris Botti and Nouvelle Vague and presented performances in a different theme every day embracing music fans from all walks of life.
The 3rd Seoul Jazz Festival held in 2009 will be more popular and diversified than the last two festivals and will further push for popularization of jazz music.
