The Seoul Int'l Book Fair opened yesterday at COEX and has a bunch of booths for artists' books from Korea and internationally.
There are also performances, calligraphy demonstrations, etc.

From Seoul city
If you are in the city, taking either a subway or a taxi is the easiest way to reach the fair site.
(1) Subway -Line No. 2 Green Line
Destination: Samsung station (Trade Center) ~ Exit no. 6
